Step Right Up For Fun!

Freddie, Chipper and Darla have a great idea: they're going to have a carnival in Chipper's backyard. They'll invite kids from around the neighborhood, and everyone will have a great time. They make posters and signs and put them up around the block to let everyone know about their carnival.
